October Themed Editable Write the Room first grade centers- plus a freebie!

Do your students love to write the room like mine do? It is a great way to get them up and moving while practicing skills.

I like to organize things by when I'm going to use them. So I made one hunt set for each month.

Here is October:

I have 5 hunts per month. 4 of those in September are editable. Above, the skill addressed is nouns. Below, this premade hunt focuses on addition. I have a full-color version.

And a version with no background for those who need to conserve ink.

And finally a version for those who don't have access to a color printer.

This hunt focuses on nouns:

August Themed Editable Write the Room first grade centers- plus a freebie!

Do your students love to write the room like mine do? It is a great way to get them up and moving while practicing skills. The hunts, as I call them, I had were somewhat frustrating though because their theme and skill didn't always match up with what I was needing the students to practice. Editable was what I needed. So...
was born!

I like to organize things by when I'm going to use them. So I made one hunt pack for each month.

Here is August:

I have 5 hunts per month. 4 of those in August are editable. This premade hunt focuses on matching capital and lowercase letters. I have a full-color version.

And a version with no background for those who need to conserve ink.

And finally a version for those who don't have access to a color printer.

This hunt focuses on number order.

This hunt focuses on addition:

This hunt focuses on vowels and consonants:

Since it has the names of the colors, it did not lend itself to being only grayscale.

This hunt asks students to write a rhyming word.
